Our church currently has several individuals working toward making the congregation aware of the United Nations Millennium
Development Goals as well as educating parishioners on how to ensure those goals are implemented. Pictured below are the
St. Andrews Episcopal Church Knitters demonstrating their dedication by Knitting for Nets. In fact, they are knitting scarves
that will be sold to fund the drive for malaria protection by allowing those in malaria infested areas to purchase life-saving
mosquito nets.

Kids Walk
Out Activities
The children of our congregation join the adults for the opening collects of the church service and then have the option
of walking out on the sermon! They make good use of their time under the loving care of Pamalee Smith, Nathan Placencia,
and Harriet Moore. The kids are leading the way in St. Andrew's campaign to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (or face the
WOG....Wrath of God!). They have made Earth Day posters, new recycle bins for the parish hall and will plant cabbages
for a bountiful harvest in the fall.
